Comfy and convenient. This townhome was in a perfect location, and had everything we need. Very convenient to Tampa Palms and area attractions. Communication was clear, responsive and on point.

Valentina was a wonderful host. We Had to book unexpectedly, and she was able to get us in quickly the next day. The home was just as described and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Would love to stay again if we are back in Tampa!

I spent 4 days and 3 nights at this property. I have been staying in private homes for over 25 years, due to personal preference when traveling and visiting extended family; and also because my career is in the Vacation Home Rental space and I've stayed in many of my clients rental homes. Everything was perfect. Comfortable, clean, workable kitchen, private in room TV's, and decorated according to the season. I would suggest, that if the pool is the main attraction, to ask if it is open. The property is in a residential neighborhood and walkable to a few restaurants, etc. It is super close to shopping, supermarkets, downtown tampa, and the airport is easy to get to. I'll stay there again

Thank you Tampa Furnished Stays! This townhouse was perfect for us and our babies while we waited for our home to finish being built. The location is extremely central to Tampa, the suburbs, and beaches, all with quick access to I-75. The townhouse is in a gated community which was extremely important to us with having young kids. Right when we walked in initially we could tell the place had just been meticulously cleaned. It smelled fresh and every surface had been dusted, mopped, etc. We appreciated the attention to detail when it came to the bathroom cleanliness, especially! The floors were also spotless. The kitchen was stocked well with anything you would need to get a meal made (pans, plates, utensils), which was so helpful during our longer stay not having to eat out for every meal. Thank you for such a safe and comfortable place for our family to be! Would absolutely recommend anyone to stay with FST!

It was very well presented with great amenities included. Conveniently located near many great restaurants and shops and to the attractions that we wanted to visit. The hosts were extremely helpful and undertanding, and we had a great time. The area was great and we'll definitely consider coming back again. There were too few trash bags for the garbage bin for the length we were staying. We had to stretch them out and get some of our own to supplement. I could also not find a thermostat in the place at all! I understand that perhaps you wouldn't want anyone just troubling it, but my family is from the Caribbean and the place was kept so cold! Likely not an issue for others, but we defninitely felt the chill.

The unit was extremely well kept. It was a peaceful area. We didn’t hear noise from the adjoining condos. The host responded to text messages quickly and answered any questions we had. We enjoyed the location things were within walking distance for the most part, however Bruce B Downs is a busy street I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking. The area is safe enough to walk and the only reason I’d be a little reserved is due to the traffic. We would stay there again if we are in the area. I’d recommend the unit to anyone traveling to the Tampa area.
