(A security guard may also be onsite at times.) ~~ Guests, Visitors & Parking: ✅ No unapproved visitors: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Visitors must be approved in writing in advance (fees may apply). ✅ Parking: 1 vehicle max in the assigned space. Extra vehicles require written approval (fees may apply). Unapproved vehicles may be towed. ~~ Smoking (Zero Tolerance): ✅ No smoking/vaping indoors or on the property (including marijuana). ✅ We use smoke-detection technology (ex: Wynd Sentry). If smoking is detected, the reservation will be canceled with no refund and you must leave within 1 hour of notice. If you choose to smoke, do so off property (e.g., across the street or at the end of the driveway near the street). Pets (If Approved): ✅ Pets must be approved in writing before booking. ✅ No pet poop/pee in the yard. This is our family space. Walk animal down the street or to the end of the driveway near the street. 🔹Guest Access: You have the entire home to yourself. 🔹 OFF LIMITS: Owner property in cabinets, under beds and decorations. 🔹 Backyard and pool area is shared with the BIG HOUSE. 🔹 Smokers must walk to the end of the driveway near the public street to smoke in the designated smoking area. 🔹 Animals must be walked to the end of the driveway to use the restroom along the grassy area near the public street. Pick up after the animal. 🔹 No animals allowed inside the fenced patio/pool area with the green imitation grass in the backyard.
