Host determines final amount. ▪️~ If you damage anything or soil bed linens or towels, tell us. Do not worry. Insurance covers accidents. ▪️~ Minimum age for rental is 25 years. ▪️~ No sex trafficking, prostitution, firearms or illegal drugs ▪️~ For self check-in between 4 pm to 8 pm EST, provide: ▪️~~ Driver license with address for 2 adults on reservation ▪️~~ Provide email and cell phone number for the same 2 adults for verification ▪️~~ For kids (0-17 yrs) - first name, last name and age ▪️~~ For animals - 3 photos (front, back, side) and name; send photo of payment ▪️~ One night stays: $150 extra; approval required, send photo of payment 
 ▪️~ Profile Booster - this fee might be due for lack of reviews from previous Host; ~~ Fee: $65 to $96; message us about this matter.

 ▪️~ No filming or recording inside or outside on property grounds for social media or commercial use without written permission from Host; FINE: $1,000. ▪️~ Do not put luggage on the sofas, beds or any furniture. ▪️~ Do not fry food in the home. Instead, use the amazing odorless air fryer and a light non-stick cooking spray like Avocado spray or Pam. OUTSIDE of home, use electric fryer and cooking oil for YUMMY fried foods (smile). Ask Host for help. ▪️~ Noise complaint from neighbors or police visits; FINE: $1,000; immediate cancellation of reservation and removal from property without refund. ▪️~ Only guests listed on reservation may be at the property. The total number of guests allowed in the home, at any one time, is restricted to the number of guests declared on the reservation. Please be honest. Fees are due for additional guests. Cameras on exterior of properties and at doors. Additional guests and unregistered visitors (not listed on reservation) must be approved by Host; FINE: $1,000 ▪️~ Should a group misrepresent themselves and arrive in numbers beyond the reservation count, a FINE: $150 per guest/per night is due immediately before entering home or the group will be subject to denial of stay in the property without a refund. Police will be called to trespass and escort guests from the property. ▪️~ Unregistered visitors must be approved by Host. Daily visitors of 2 days or more pay FINE: $150 per person to cover extra costs. ▪️~ Cameras cover the entire outside, front and back, for safety and security. Per terms on AirBnB: Your privacy is protected with us. NO cameras in private areas. Outdoor cameras monitor these areas: front door, back door, grounds, driveways, fencing and pool. IF noise decibel monitors are used, they are only present in common spaces; Smart TVs in homes; No voice assistant ▪️~ Cameras are not continually monitored. Video footage is reviewed ONLY if a problem arises, AND at check-in for guest verification. For tampering with or disabling cameras or smoke detectors - FINE: $1,000 ▪️~ Guest agrees to provide email and mobile phone for guest verification process. ▪️~ 🐩 Animals are allowed on a case by case basis. ▪️~ Contact Host for approval when bringing any animals (emotional support, service and pets). ▪️~ Animal Fee: $55 to 70 per night. ▪️~ A request for payment will be sent to guest after animal is approved; breed restrictions. ▪️~ Discount on animal fee for longer stays (weekly/monthly) ▪️~ Animals are strictly prohibited from all furniture (including beds) and pool. ▪️~ No super CUTE puppies (lol). They are like babies with no pamper. ▪️~ Animals must be on leash outside; FINE: $1,000 ▪️~ 🐈 We run an animal rescue, trap, release, foster, socialize and manage colonies. ~~ It’s a labor of love funded by donations. So we know the damage these sweet fur babies can do. ▪️~ No smoking or vaping inside OR outside within 100 feet of the property. Walk down the street to smoke. ~ FINE: $1,000 for each occurrence and per person smoking. ▪️~ No illegal use of the WiFi ▪️~ Body Fluids - FINE: $500 per body fluid found in the property (used condoms, vomit, urine, or blood) ▪️~ Cleaning: Guest must leave the home how it was found. The cleaning charge covers the make-ready standard clean, not a deep clean. If home requires excessive cleaning, then guest will pay the difference in price. SEPTIC PLUMBING: ▪️~ Do not put food in kitchen drain. Instead bag and freeze food until trash day. ▪️~ Do not flush Q-tips, feminine sanitary products, toiletries or wipes. ▪️~ Put trash in the trash cans. ▪️~ Human waste is the only thing that can be flushed. 
 ▪️~ FINE: $1,000 *PLUS* cost of repair. ▪️~ Insect Reminder and Pest Control: Florida is a subtropical environment and as such, we are unable to offer refunds for an occasional bug in the house. There are insects in Florida (mostly mosquitoes, ants, flies, roaches, palmetto bugs). You will see frogs, geckos and snakes in Florida around the vegetation. Bugs are not associated with cleanliness issues and occasionally come from outside. Our homes have a strong reputation for being clean. Plus, we have monthly pest control inside and outside of the properties. As long as you do not leave food out or sitting in trash cans which attracts bugs - AND - you and keep all the doors shut, then it will be more difficult for them to enter. ▪️~ Late Check-Out: FINE: $50 per half hour. IF more than 1 hour late, a full night, non-discounted rate will charged in addition to the total fine. This fine does not give access or reservation rights for the day to the guest. This fine is for disrupting the schedule for the cleaning team and other guests. ▪️~ Read House Rules and Fees: Host will not provide a refund for guests who do not read and understand the listing information before they book...

GUEST ACCESS ▪️You have the entire home to yourself. OWNER CABINETS ▪️Off limits. Do not open GOING GREEN ▪️This home is "Going Green". ▪️ Essentials are provided for free. ▪️Donations by guests are really appreciated. ▪️Donation boxes are installed in homes. ▪️Donations are used to purchase eco-friendly products, laundry detergent, and other essentials for our guests. ▪️Extra kitchen towels provided instead of paper towels ▪️Paper towels are *sold* in the homes if guests prefer these 5 STAR HONOR BAR ▪️Some homes are stocked with snacks, beverages, and other convenient items. ▪️Before you leave, pay for items you consumed using the payment methods posted in the homes.
