It was very well presented with great amenities included. Conveniently located near many great restaurants and shops and to the attractions that we wanted to visit. The hosts were extremely helpful and undertanding, and we had a great time. The area was great and we'll definitely consider coming back again. There were too few trash bags for the garbage bin for the length we were staying. We had to stretch them out and get some of our own to supplement. I could also not find a thermostat in the place at all! I understand that perhaps you wouldn't want anyone just troubling it, but my family is from the Caribbean and the place was kept so cold! Likely not an issue for others, but we defninitely felt the chill.

The hosts were very quick to respond to our questions even though we checked in late. They called, which was great, so we didn’t have to wait for a texted reply. The place was very clean and it felt very safe.

The unit was extremely well kept. It was a peaceful area. We didn’t hear noise from the adjoining condos. The host responded to text messages quickly and answered any questions we had. We enjoyed the location things were within walking distance for the most part, however Bruce B Downs is a busy street I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking. The area is safe enough to walk and the only reason I’d be a little reserved is due to the traffic. We would stay there again if we are in the area. I’d recommend the unit to anyone traveling to the Tampa area.

Such a beautiful 5 STAR place. Totally worth every penny. It looks just like the photos, exquisitely clean, cozy, well appointed, full kitchen, great location, beautiful surroundings. I felt safe. Home exceeded my expectations - BY FAR!! I highly recommend it everyone. Very responsive Host. I plan to return for a longer stay of 3 month for work with my business colleagues - great space for a group trip. They have an air mattress and comfy sofa for extra guests too. Wifi is strong and nice dedicated workspace: desk, lamp, chair as advertised. The property management team - Furnished Stays KC (Ann, Indigo, Coco) made sure my stay was comfy.

My husband and I came to Tampa from Maine and stayed 5 nights to run the Gasparilla Challenge! The condo was extremely clean and comfortable! The pictures provided were exactly what the unit looked like. The bed was extremely comfortable and we would like to try and purchase one for our home! We loved the towels so much that we have some being delivered when we arrive back home! Instructions for the home were easy to follow, the hosts checked in to make sure everything was great and we were even provided Visa gift cards! We'll be back for sure!!

This place is super clean andorganized. It's located at a gated community with various amenities. I enjoy my stay there. The only thing i want to mention is that they charge fees for short term booking and emergency booking. So pay attention to the description before book. Other than this, the place is above average and very joyful to stay. Thanks.

Beautiful condo with a resort style pool! Close to USF and really appreciated the relaxing pool after moving our son in! The condo was very clean, well-appointed, and the beds are very comfortable! Will definitely be booking again as we return to visit our son at USF!

Was a great place to stay for my coworker and I for a couple weeks. right across the main road from work, tons of shopping and restaurants nearby, and super convenient to 75. Area is really nice and drama free. I will be be back again for any future work.
